Step 1: Finding your local Court

It is easiest to apply for your Non-molestation Order at a COUNTY COURT. Most large towns have a County Court, so it should not be too hard to find one near you.

Simply click on the red button below and you will be taken to the Court Service website where you can search for your nearest Court. Once you have done that return here and continue. If you already know where your nearest Court is, move onto "Step 2".
